Disclaimer: By purchasing goods from Banzai Breakers you are agreeing to Banzai Breakers’ Terms & Conditions as set out below.Second hand parts will not be in perfect or new condition. An item’s condition will be described as accurately as possible and will leave our workshop in the described condition unless otherwise stated.Photographs will be provided where possible and when requested. All mechanical working parts i.e. engines will leave my premises in good working order unless stated. I will not be held responsible for any damage or failings once they have left my premises.Collection can be arranged from my workshop. If delivery is required I do not personally accept any loss or damage whilst goods are in transit. Goods being delivered via courier come with a standard insurance cover of £50. Extra cover can be purchased upon request.In order to claim for any damage you must fully inspect your items before signing for them, if they are damaged you must not sign for them in order to make a claim. If you do sign and later inspect the condition a claim cannot be made.If delivery is made by Royal Mail and goods are damaged a claim can be made up to the value of £46. Extra cover can be purchased upon request. If goods are lost in transit a claim cannot be made until 15 working days after the date of original postage.
Returns Policy
Buyers must return the goods to us in the original packaging within 7 days of receipt for a refund (minus postage and associated fees). We reserve the right to refuse returns if notified out of this period. Where goods are alleged to be damaged in transit please notify us within 24 hours of receiving your goods. We are unable to accept returns for damage during the fitting of your part. Where goods are alleged to be defective, the purchaser agrees to return the goods for inspection and report (without us replacing the said goods prior to such inspection). The purchaser also accepts that it is reasonable to inform us of any interruption, defect or other failure prior to contacting independent third parties or incurring expense and, in addition, to allow us to remedy the defect, failure or interruption.All our items are security marked to ensure that no faulty products are returned.
